Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ae66 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and ae66 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. ae66 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and the latest version will always be available on this page.

The ae66 platform is for the exclusive use of adults aged 18 and above only. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Creation & Security

Each ae66 user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different personal details, different IP addresses, or any other method — is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts as well as forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ae66 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment information. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ae66 immediately through the customer support channel.

Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As an ae66 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner
• Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any game, system, or reward mechanism
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other unlawful financial activity
• Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or in violation of current Malaysian law

Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without notice, and ae66 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

MYR Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the ae66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ae66 supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX Interbank, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed near-instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

For withdrawals, the name on your bank account must match the name registered on your ae66 account. Withdrawals that do not meet identity verification requirements may be held until verification is complete. ae66 is not responsible for any payment delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.

Ae66 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, ae66 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Users will be notified through their registered communication channels.

All bonuses and rewards credited to an account are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. ae66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Ae66 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. ae66 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting activity.

Ae66 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision within these terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
• Registering multiple accounts under the same individual
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification
• Instructions from relevant authorities

In the event of account closure due to fraud or a serious breach of these terms, ae66 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance without compensation. For account closures requested by the user or for other valid reasons, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable procedure once the investigation is complete.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the ae66 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and overall design — is the exclusive property of ae66 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from ae66.

The ae66 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. ae66 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Ae66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
